RETAIL & WHOLESALE
The Perfect Fit Table
PROBLEM : Sewists set portable machines on ordinary tables and lost stability, comfort and precision.
OUR INVENTION : The first table with a cutout made for the exact machine model — creating a perfect fit. Designed and built by Estamac.
RESULT : Our wholesale best-seller. The version for Singer 4411, 4423 and 4432 home machines is the top seller. Copied by many — matched by none.
HOME ERGONOMICS
The home sewing table built around the sewist
PROBLEM :Ergonomics was never a priority in home sewing furniture. People who sew for hours felt it in their bodies.
OUR INVENTION : We brought height adjustment — once exclusive to heavy industry — into the home. Designed for posture and everyday sewing at home.
RESULT : Industrial-grade ergonomics within every sewist's reach.
INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION
The IX Line: ergonomics born in heavy industry
PROBLEM : An automotive seating manufacturer needed ergonomic height adjustment for heavy loads — and nothing on the market did it.
OUR INVENTION : We built the IX Motorized from scratch in steel, with motorized adjustment up to 1,320 lb (600 kg). The same concept gave rise to the IX Crank, with manual crank adjustment up to 660 lb (300 kg).
RESULT : Virtually every car seat made in Brazil passes over an Estamac table. One innovation became a product family.
For us, innovation isn’t a trend. It’s a method.
For 41 years we’ve turned real problems into products the whole market came to use. And these are just a few of the solutions we’ve created — we’re far from done.
