AUTOMOTIVE SEATING
PROBLEM : Ergonomics on an automotive seat production line.
SOLUTION : We created the IX Motorized from scratch — up to 1,320 lb (600 kg), height range 31.5–47.2 in (800–1,200 mm). It grew into a full line: tops, kanban racks, honeycomb cabinets, fixtures.
RESULT: Virtually every car seat made in Brazil passes over an Estamac table.
AUTOMOTIVE WIRE HARNESSES
PROBLEM : Fast height adjustment on a heavy-duty line, without compromising safety.
SOLUTION : Motorized steel racks, co-designed with the plant’s engineering and workplace safety teams.
RESULT: An excellence award in workplace safety, granted by the manufacturer itself.
LARGE APPAREL MANUFACTURER — NORTHEAST BRAZIL
PROBLEM : The hot, humid climate was wearing out standard tops early.
SOLUTION : A new top built from moisture- and termite-resistant material, with CNC-precision cutouts.
RESULT: Durability for the local climate, with no loss of fit precision.

PROBLEM : The standard top didn’t reflect the brand’s visual identity.
SOLUTION : A custom design, specific paint and in-house production from scratch.
